“April Showers Bring May Flowers.” This year may not follow the saying as much in previous years but as luck would have it, the day Sierra chose for her bridal portraits turned out to be wonderful! With all the rain that’s been pouring across North Texas over the past two months, it was lovely to be able to have a nice, warm spring day at a beautiful place like Chandor Gardens. I’d never been to the gardens before and found it to be so charming! The grounds are full of natural beauty. Chinese Fu Dogs guard your passage as you walk down a walkway to a lovely fountain that is surrounded by ivy. The keyhole reminds me of an elaborate English garden. The bright red open fence particularly caught my eye so I made sure to stop by to grab some photos of Sierra there. It made for the perfect setting for her with her red lipstick. Which she totally rocked! Along with her winged eye liner. The merging of these two themes, Chinese and English, worked so well with Sierra’s look and I’m so glad she introduced me to Chandor Gardens!
