I first met Allison and Manny at the DFW Wedding Pros Open House. They shared with me their plans for their wedding ceremony to be in Arkansas. I was so bummed because at the time, I wasn’t available. But they came back a few months later letting me know that they decided to have both the ceremony and reception in the Fort Worth area and that they wanted to hire me! I was thrilled and so honored to be the one to photograph this special season of their lives. The couple chose the Marty Leonard Chapel to be their ceremony venue and it was truly beautiful. They had a Catholic ceremony to unify them in marriage and it was really neat to witness all of the traditional elements within it. Once we left the chapel, we headed over to the City Club of Fort Worth for the reception.
One of my favorite parts of their day was that Allison’s man of honor surprised her with a memorial to one of their dearest friends passing away prior to the wedding. That friend was planned to be Allison’s maid of honor and I thought it was so special for them to pay tribute to her, right beside Allison’s seat. I teared up alongside her when she saw it for the first time. What a sweet thing for her precious friend to do!
Everyone danced the night away and it was a day to remember!! I am so thankful to have been apart of this amazing couple’s day. Congratulations again to you, Allison and Manny!! Lots of love, Hayle!!
