Dricka and Kameron actually went to school together but it wasn’t until years later when they found an interest in each other when they were both working back at that same school on staff. Kameron is a basketball coach and Dricka is a dance coach. When they shared that part of their love story we were all laughing at how ironic it all was. These two light up the room wherever they go and the two of them together are unstoppable. We had such a fun time during their engagement session! They loved the idea of color and murals so we spent the first half of their session in Deep Ellum. After lots of research and deciding out of the many to chose from, we touched on the ones they truly loved and felt showcased their love story well. Interesting fact about the one that says: “Forever Begins When You Say Yes…” It is actually no longer there. That was special for the two of them to have to themselves and they can treasure it forever. Dricka and Kameron also wanted a formal and city feel to the session, so once we were done in Deep Ellum, we snuck over to The Winspear Opera House near Kylde Warren Park and had a blast!
