The Fort Worth Botanic Gardens are one of my favorite back drops for a bridal session. Everywhere you walk, it just oozes gorgeousness! (that’s totally a word, right?) Miss Jordan is just the sweetest lady on the planet. And although she had ideas for her bridal portraits, she put all of her trust and faith in me, which is awesome! We started her session at the Fort Worth Botanical Garden, and walked through the grounds, stopping at the spots that spoke to us the most. The small ponds are ethereal and serene, a perfect spot for a beautiful girl. We took advantage of the shade since it was incredibly warm in the sun! We had to make a stop at the famous butterfly bench, where Jordan visited as a little girl…and showed off her sassy wedding shoes! After spending some time in the gardens, we packed up and moved to downtown and made the most of the daylight with a clean and modern twist on her bridal session. Jordan loves the architecture of downtown so I made it my focus to incorporate the long lines of the structures into her portraits..and her gorgeous self of course! I almost broke my neck hopping into the water feature downtown but I am just crazy over this session. It was totally worth it! We decided to wrap up our evening in Sundance Square, and although the lights of the water feature didn’t want to cooperate, we snuck into the Scat Jazz Lounge alley and had some fun turning the drama up!! Jordan was a dream to work with and I cannot wait to share her wedding day with you all! She is a gorgeous bride and I know Michael’s jaw will drop when he sees her! Until then, please enjoy this gorgeous girl’s bridals! xoxo Megan
