Marty Leonard Chapel & T&P Station Wedding | Julia & Chase
What a precious couple this is!! Seeing their excitement on their wedding day was very sweet to witness! Julia and Chase from the start have been so fun to work with. The day I was headed to Trinity Park for their engagement session, I got a ticket… (You can read that blog here) They were so awesome and helped me get my mind off it with all the fun jokes. Their connection and love for each other is what really did the trick for that session and I am so glad we got the opportunity to spend time together and getting more comfortable with one another before their wedding day. Julia decided later on the game that she wanted to do a bridal session. I’ve heard more and more people recently tell me that they didn’t know what it was or that it was even a thing. So the first reason why we try to encourage brides to photograph a bridal session is that it’s a great opportunity to have a trial run before the wedding day. I’ve had plenty of brides decide that they want their hair and make up to look differently day of. I have also had many brides need to take their dress back to alterations because they have found specific things to get corrected. Most of the time when you put on your dress, you stand in front of the mirror, maybe do a spin and then you take it off. During your bridal session we will be walking and moving around which will allow your dress will start to warming and loosening up. Another reason we suggest doing a bridal session is who doesn’t want one more opportunity to play in your dress and get pretty pictures?! I can also guarantee you that us having done all these sessions prior to Julia and Chase’s wedding day took their images from great to fantastic and what a sweet thing it is to feel comfortable on one of the best days of your life!
