Starring in this Engagement Session at the Kalita Humphreys Theater | Liz & Greg
This engagement session is one a kind for me for a couple different reasons. The first one and most important one is that this couple is family and I am so honored that my Uncle and his fiance asked me to be their wedding photographer. I’ve loved getting to know Liz over this past year and a half that they’ve been dating. She has added such a sweet presence to our family. When we lost my grandpa this past year, I was so thankful to see her support and love for not only my Uncle Greg but everyone else that was heartbroken. These two met in the world of acting and it’s been such a precious thing to witness. They have a lot in common, including their love for cats, their outgoing personalities, their witty and might I say “puny” jokes. The list could go on and on. My favorite thing that they have in common though, is their love for each other. When I told them that I was going to be writing a blog post on their engagement session, I asked if there was anything unique about them as a couple or something cute and quirky about their relationship. My Uncle Greg said I had to talk about the balance of love and farts but I think I might save that for their wedding blog post. Haha!! 🙂 Something that Liz said that stood out to me as a perfect representation of their relationship is, “With him, the love isn’t work. Communicating might be, making sure we’re being kind and forgiving sometimes might be work, but loving him is not work.” That says it all ladies and gentlemen.
