Lillie and I met over a cup of coffee in the cold of winter and talked about her dreams of a spring bridal session in the gorgeous blooms of the Dallas Arboretum. Thinking about the way our weather has been lately I am thankful that we planned her session when we did, because this weather was absolutely gorgeous on the day of her session; Unlike this crazy rainy weather we have had lately! Lillie and her mother met me at the Warwick Melrose Hotel in Dallas, where Lillie’s wedding and reception will be taking place in June. The hotel is gorgeous with unique and elegant little spots all around. We had full use of the spaces and moved around to take advantage of our freedom! I love the windows and hallways in the space, the light is gorgeous! After we spent some time there, we headed over to the Arboretum. The spring blooms were in full force and ironically enough, matched Lillie’s theme pretty dang close. Isn’t that what every gal wants? A garden filled to the brim with her bridal colors?? Lillie is such a good soul and I’d be happy to keep her around long after wedding day, she’s the best! I can’t wait to see her walk down the aisle and for Tim to see her for the first time, it’s going to be out of this world!
