Winter Outdoor Wedding in Weatherford | Anna & Tim
Outdoor winter weddings can be risky, but for Anna & Tim it worked out in their favor. It was such a beautiful day at the Springs Event Venue in Weatherford. It wasn’t too hot and it wasn’t too cold. The bride got to share a first look with her dad and surprise him with a sweet gift. He got emotional, which made the bride emotional, which made ME emotional. Tim was so ready to see Anna and I loved witnessing his excitement because it meant that much more knowing how he must have been feeling as she walked down the aisle toward him with her dad. This couple is one that is dear to my heart for many reasons. But one of the biggest ones is that I shot their engagement session (you can see that here) the day after I found out that my grandpa had cancer and that he wasn’t expected to live very long. They were so patient with me during their session because I truly couldn’t get out of my head. They encouraged me in so many ways and reminded me that God’s plan is good, even when it may be hard to understand. I am very thankful for these two and I was so happy to celebrate their marriage alongside them. After their ceremony, it was time to eat, dance, and have a great time! There were so many times when the groom and his groomsmen stole the show and out of nowhere became this hip boy band. The things that the couple’s friends and families said about them were so sweet and were a testament of their love for each other. Congratulations Anna & Tim! Lots of love, Hayle!
